Chris has a wealth of experience in construction of not only single level homes, but also multi-level and medium density housing. Chris’ communication is simple and direct. People who work with him appreciate his open communication style and pragmatic approach.
He can help first home or experienced home builders, find or develop a house plan that will best suit their family, lifestyle and budget.
Over the years, Chris has built up a considerable property portfolio – so if you are a new or established property investor or are simply wanting to build your own portfolio Chris will likely be able to relate. Chris is passionate about helping others along the way and is also the owner and franchisor of Longview Homes NZ Limited.
Chris and his family live in Christchurch – they love sport and embrace their local community.

Jess has 15 years working in both the automotive and construction industries. Jess is an organiser, communicator and highly experienced administrator.
Outside of work, Jess is an accomplished sportswoman who has represented New Zealand at 3 Indoor Cricket World Cups.
Jess is passionate about engaging with people on a personal level, so she is able to learn what makes them tick so she can help them along the way to achieving their dreams.
