Longview Homes will build your home on your chosen site for a guaranteed fixed-price contract. With our help, you choose your colours, cladding, appliances and designs, and we take care of the rest.

Specifications
We always build to a fixed-price contract — so you know how much it’ll cost before we start.
Our build cost includes all tapware and mixers, appliances, joinery, fittings, toilets, tubs, and carpets – all of which you choose yourself. We use a PC Sum (provisional cost sum – an estimated allowance) for some of these items, so you have the flexibility to upgrade to your dream kitchen if you wish.
We’ll keep you updated every step of the way to ensure your new build is on time, on budget, and meeting the specifications perfectly.
Our processes are finely tuned, so we can say with confidence that every Longview Home is built to the same exacting standard of quality.
Services
We work with you from the idea to move-in stage and everything in-between. We are there to help you with developing your plans, consent drawings, council consent processes, site planning, choosing materials, paint colours, fixtures and fittings. In some cases, there may be extra fees, but we will keep you informed along the way so that there are no surprises.
We’re happy to arrange additional services on your behalf, like site clearing and demolishing existing buildings, bulk earthworks, site services and consents. Please contact your local franchisee about how we can help.
Longview Homes can also provide transportable home options. Many smaller homes can be fully constructed in our yard and transported to your site in a finished state.
If you intend to complete your home in stages, you can ask us just to build to ‘lock-up’ stage and then stop. We’re happy to work with you to meet your needs.
Build
Choosing Longview Homes means you’ll be moving in to your new home much sooner. The Metra Construction Panel SystemTM is a much faster way to build, and because the panels are so durable and weathertight, there’s no need for tradespeople to wait around for each stage to be complete before they start work. As soon as the ceiling is in place, workers can start finishing the inside. You’ll be raising a glass to your new home in as little as 12 weeks.
