Victoria Project

This site was located on a rear site down a right of way and was a narrow long shape.

The initial concept started from our standard Caldera plan and added some tweaks to get it according to the client’s needs.

3 double bedrooms with the master having a good-sized ensuite while still providing a spacious feel was a real achievement on such a small site.

The living area being open plan gave the area a feeling of being larger than it actually was.

A custom designed kitchen with an island bench allows for great engagement to the entire living area while entertaining.  Engineered stone bench tops complemented the rest of kitchen.

Brick and tile exterior was chosen to align with the brief of a low maintenance home while still achieving a durable and lasting finish.  The black joinery contrasting nicely with the cream brick.

Stacking sliders off the dining and lounge areas open out to a beautiful Kwila deck large enough to entertain guests, while still having a private grassed area on the sunny side of the home.

With the site being of a smaller footprint a single internal garage was designed.  After some design discussion it was decided to enlarge the garage an extra 1.5m.  the result being ample storage space even with a car parked inside and plenty of space for the laundry.

Again with sound planning and project management resulted in a quick completion of this project.
