To show our appreciation we will be rewarding the referrer of any contract signed above $150,000 with a referral gift of 1% of the contract value
For example, if we end up with a signed contract to the value of $500,000 from a client who has been referred to us by you, you could choose to receive a $5000 Air New Zealand travel voucher to be used on the destination of your choice.

Promotional Terms and Conditions
Longview Homes: Referral Promotional Terms and Conditions
Information on how to register a referral and be awarded a referral fee or “prize” form part of these Conditions to qualify.
Entry into this promotion deems acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry is open to all persons who refer another person to Longview Homes. A person must refer another person, you cannot refer yourself. You may refer yourself or another person.
To qualify for a reward, the referred must spend $150,000 or more during this period on a new build or alteration. There is no limit on the number of referrals one person can submit. Prize rewards listed are incentives only for values on offer and remain subject to availability and price fluctuations.
Reward percentage is calculated on the contract amount exclusive of GST. And is capped to a maximum reward of $7,500.
Once you have registered for the Longview Homes Referral Programme, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your registration.
You can only enrol in the Longview Homes Referral Programme once.
To qualify as a referral, the person you refer must identify you as the referrer at the beginning of their engagement with Longview Homes. Referrals may be provided verbally to a Longview Homes representative or in writing via email.
Longview Homes reserves the right to verify the referral and determine eligibility for referral rewards in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Reward will be issued once the build contract has gone unconditional and the deposit has been paid.
Each reward is to the referrer only.
The reward may be subject to income tax, any tax obligations are the responsibility of the receiver.
Payment can only be made to a referrer enrolled in our program.
Only one referrer is accepted per contract build customer.
If you are under 18 years of age, we are legally required to make payment to your parents.
Referrers who qualify for a rewards will be contacted by Longview Homes to notify them when the prize is available for collection, or to arrange delivery. This will be agreed upon after signing of the contract of the referral and commencement of the project.
In the event of multiple people referring the same referred person, only one referrer will be awarded the referral fee. The single referral fee will be decided based on the service policy whereby the referral entries are attended to in the order that they arrived, without other biases or preferences. Essentially a first in basis.
In the event of a dispute or need for clarification, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entry into the referral process deems consent to use referrers names and photographs for any promotional marketing purposes, including publishing names on any media platforms chosen by Longview Homes. Photographs to be supplied by referral participants.
Referral fees and “prizes” are incentives only for the value on offer:
Note: Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If you receive vouchers as a prize, they may have an expiry date and failure to redeem these vouchers before the expiry date will make the voucher prize null and void.
If the Prize (or any part of the Prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoters, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to substitute the Prize (or part thereof) with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
