Step 1
First initial contact
Your time is valuable, so after making your initial contact we will send out a short email questionnaire for you to complete. This helps us gain a quick understanding of your needs and what the project involves. This ensures our first meeting runs smoothly, efficiently and covers everything
Step 2
Site Meeting
We will come to your site for a "dreams to reality" session where we will discuss the completed questionnaire and dive deeper into understanding your goals and dreams to gain your envisaged outcome. If you are like most of us and maybe aren't entirely sureof where to start, don't worry we can help you get down
on paper the "must haves and might wants" and how to achieve this on your property. This visit helps us create
a clear pathway forward and ensures that we are with your goals for the project. Early in the process, it's a valuable exercise and an ideal time to ask your burning questions.
Step 3
Design and Concept
Together with the chosen architect we begin developing concept plans. If you haven't already
chosen an architect, we can source this through our network of associates. Whether it is your architect or our recommendedassociates we will always work closely with them through the design stages so all of us: client, architect
and builder share a mutual understanding of the project.By doing this we are able to collaborate
effective design while keeping to good construction principles and working within the budget. This step ensures that your dream home is brought to life on paper before construction begins.
Step 4
Estimate of costs required
Like most people, you'll want reassurance in knowing that your chosen design will fit comfortably within your budget. From the concept plans we can undertake an in-depth cost estimation to ensure it happens. This will
provide a better idea of the investment you need for your project. Once the final plans have been given your
seal of approval, the architect will lodge them with Council and we will get started on your fixed price quotation.
Step 5
Fixed Price quotation
Using our quality control checklist and scheduling system, we will accurately price your project to
provide you with a clear understanding of the investment required for your build.
We will present you with a detailed quote that outlines all aspects of the build, including costs and timelines.
This transparent presentation allows you to ask any questions and ensure that all your requirements are
met.
Step 6
Approval of Quote and Sign of Contract
Upon approval of the quote, we will formalise the contract documents and agree on a start date for
construction to commence. Final scheduling and timelines will now be set.
